The LCI training package is designed to facilitate
the development of a local staff that is highly qualified to
assume responsibility for all levels of any mine action
project. Whether for database generation, logistical
planning, or organization of community programs,
administrative capabilities are essential to realizing the
potential of any substantial project.
LCI selects individuals who have shown
proficiency in other areas of training and offers them
additional schooling that will enable them to orchestrate
